Information about pawelwronski.eu and your initial contact with the law office.
1. Controller and contact
Your data controller is attorney-at-law Paweł Wroński, practising as Adwokat Paweł Wroński Kancelaria Adwokacka. Address: Centrum Biznesu i Innowacji COPERNICUS, ul. Prof. M. Życzkowskiego 19 L.1, 31-864 Kraków, Poland.
For data protection enquiries, email pawel.wronski@adwokatura.pl, call +48 509 434 507 or write to the office address.
2. Contact form and correspondence
The form collects your name, email, optional telephone number, selected subject and message. Clicking “Send message” submits these details over HTTPS to the website server, which forwards them to the office by email. The form plugin does not keep a register of message contents in the WordPress database. A message may be held in a sending queue or mailbox operated by service providers.
Providing data is voluntary. Your name, email and message are needed to handle the enquiry. You can instead call or email. Please start with a general description: do not send identity numbers, medical records, document scans or details identifying children and other people. Arrange the transfer of documents directly with the attorney.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Steps at your request before entering into a legal services agreement — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Responding to other correspondence — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is maintaining contact and responding to enquiries.
- Protecting the website and email against misuse and, where necessary, establishing, pursuing or defending claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Marketing consent is not required to send an enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or itself establish an engagement. Information about data processing for an instructed matter is provided as appropriate to the service and data concerned.
3. Technical data and form safeguards
The server processes connection data such as your IP address, request time, requested page and browser information. These may appear in access, error and security logs used to operate the website, diagnose faults and prevent misuse.
The form limits attempts using a keyed hash of the IP address. The limit window is 15 minutes; the plugin does not store the raw IP address or message text with this counter. A one-time form identifier, sending status and message reference prevent duplicate submissions. Forms expire after 2 hours; the identifier record is then scheduled for automatic deletion by WordPress.
The website does not profile visitors or make solely automated decisions with legal effects. The topic selector only helps you find a relevant service description.
4. Recipients and retention
Authorised people supporting the office and providers of hosting, email, backups and IT assistance may access data as necessary to perform their services. According to the Polish Supreme Bar Council, home.pl S.A. operates email accounts in the adwokatura.pl domain. Authorities may receive data where permitted or required by law.
Correspondence about an initial enquiry is retained until that enquiry has been dealt with. If an engagement follows, relevant correspondence becomes part of the matter documentation and is subject to the rules applicable to that service. Where retaining specific data is necessary for a legal obligation or claim, only the necessary data are kept for the period required by that obligation or until the applicable limitation period expires; for pending proceedings, until their final conclusion and implementation of the decision.
Backups support recovery of the website and are not used to reuse deleted data for unrelated purposes. Retention of email, infrastructure logs and backups also depends on service configuration; contact the controller for details concerning your data. The website does not promise that every technical copy disappears at the same time as a message is removed from a mailbox.
5. WhatsApp, maps and external services
WhatsApp and Google Maps are provided as ordinary links. This website does not embed their widgets, maps or tracking pixels. Clicking a link opens an external service; your form contents are not automatically sent to it.
WhatsApp Ireland Limited provides WhatsApp in the European region. See the WhatsApp privacy policy and Google privacy policy. These providers explain processing outside the European Economic Area and the safeguards used for international transfers. These channels are optional. Your chosen email provider or device synchronisation service also applies its own processing rules.
6. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may complain to Poland’s President of the Personal Data Protection Office: uodo.gov.pl. Rights are exercised subject to legal conditions, other people’s rights and professional confidentiality obligations.
7. Cookies and changes
Our cookies and device storage notice explains the website’s mechanisms. Changes to functions or providers may require updates to this policy. The version date appears above.
